Return & Refund Policy

At BPS, we strive to provide high-quality professional nail products. Due to the nature of cosmetic and professional-use items, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been placed and processed, all sales are considered final. BPS does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

• change of mind
• incorrect product selection
• personal preference
• improper use of products
• ordering the wrong item or quantity

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing the purchase.

Manufacturer Defects

BPS products are intended for professional use. Improper application, storage, or curing methods may affect product performance and will not be considered manufacturing defects.

If you believe a product you received is defective due to a manufacturing issue, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To submit a defect claim, please email us with the following:

• your order number
• clear photos of the product
• a short video demonstrating the defect if applicable
• description of the issue

Requests submitted after 24 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.

Replacement Policy

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, BPS may offer a replacement of the same product at our discretion.

Please note:

• replacements are issued only for verified manufacturer defects
• refunds will not be issued
• replacement shipping costs may apply depending on the situation

BPS reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition of the package and contact us immediately with photos so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
