Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

United States Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the package has been shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Beauty Pro Supply is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@beautyproaca.com before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Beauty Pro Supply is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be required by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are determined by local customs authorities.

Beauty Pro Supply is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product so we can assist you with a resolution.
